The Citi Habitats proprietary listings database simply cannot be beat. Updated daily, virtually every available sale and rental listing in the city - including company and agent exclusives, as well as open listings - can be found with a simple keyword search. Easy to navigate, comprehensive, and with interactive tools, it is a major component to agents’ success.

In addition, the company’s new development division markets and leases new residential developments for the city’s most notable builders, and often offers special agent incentives for transactions closed in one of their exclusive on-site projects.

Professional Skill Development
Citi Habitats’ Agent Development Orientation (CHADO) is best-in-class. New agents participate in an intensive week- long program where they learn the essentials of successfully working with clients and closing transactions. Citi Habitats agents also have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive 45-hour sales skills program. In addition, the Senior Managing Directors of our branch offices are dedicated to their agents’ success and offer two to four in-office workshops and seminars on a weekly basis.

Agents can take advantage of one-on-one and small group coaching with experienced real estate professionals from our management team. The company’s dedicated training coordinator and Marketing Department provide ongoing workshops for new and experienced agents on a continuous basis on a wide variety of real estate-related topics.
