Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to leads with urgency
  • Promote our core landlords to our clients
  • Preview inventory, capture photos and any other pertinent information and improve our database and listings intelligence
  • Track and report your progress with each client
  • Maintain a high closing ratio using lead funnel metrics
  • Maintain good morale, company culture and team spirit

Position requirements:

  • Licensed in New York State as a real estate salesperson
  • Working knowledge of web-based applications and computer systems
  • Experience in New York City residential or commercial real estate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Highly motivated, committed and dedicated, with initiative and drive for success
  • Work well in team atmosphere and communicate with etiquette and professionalism
